I received an email from Houston Methodist's recruiter to schedule a 30-minute Zoom interview with 2 people from the department. After the interview was conducted it took about 2 weeks to see I was not selected on the job application dashboard.
The interview process was fairly straightforward. I had a first-round interview on Microsoft Teams with a team member & the second round was in person with the team manager or department head.

Long process with around 3 to 4 different stages. Took almost 2 months after applying before contact with a recruiter. Did not hear back about a decision until months after the third and final interview.
