And if one is not familiar with Sandler, then familiarize yourself with that too. The hiring manager asked many situational questions, then proceeded to the role play. We had 2 scenarios, one where a gatekeeper answered the call and the other where the decision maker answered. If possible, you were instructed to present services and make the sale. As promised, I was notified of my status within 24 hours of final interview, with an offer letter following within a few hours after that.
