I explained my process starting from initial user research through interviews and surveys to uncover pain points. I then mapped out user journeys and used affinity mapping to synthesize themes. From there, I identified the most critical usability issue aligned with both user needs and business goals. I also conducted usability testing to validate the problem space before proceeding to design.
