How do you decide which problems should be addressed first

First of all, it is important to know the problems that need to be addressed, and figure out the solutions to each problem. So as a person who prefers an organised way of thinking and working, I usually take some time to make a plan that includes everything to do, before actually getting my hands on the problems. There have been so many times when I came across this situation, be it working towards multiple deadlines at the university or being required to complete different types of tasks during my internships. however, there was a time that really made me I realise the significance of prioritising tasks and time management, and i also learned to improve my work efficiency which was during my first internship. i participated in the production of a programme, because the team I was engaged in was so small - literally, only three of us, including the team manager, I was basically responsible for everything, which included creating campaigns for promoting the programme, participating in the programme to collect materials, liasing with the participants, both online and offline, as well as creating and editing the materials. On the first few days, I was a bit overwhelmed by all the tasks at one time and often ended up working until late night. But then I realised that the tasks should have priorities and that there should be a better way to work more effectively, so I set aside all the works at hand and noted down a list of the tasks, including the deadlines, the estimated lengths of time each task may take to complete and also last-minute tasks that the team leader assigned. Then I ranked them based on their importance, urgency and difficulties. Based on that I resumed my work, from the ones that require the most priorities, making use of the resources provided and turning to the team and other teams for help, before moving on to those requiring less attention. When it came to problems that can be solved within a short notice, such as minor mistakes that I discovered whilst reviewing the work, I also tackled them immediately. This way, my work efficiency was largely improved - i was then able to finish my day earlier and in the end I found myself even starting to offer to help and ask for more tasks!
