It's crazy how many little startups and companies are popping out these days around technical interviews. As a candidates and engineers we should focus on our skills. Focusing so much on the interviews is wrong. If you are a good engineer and love what you do, You will eventually get hired. Is that simple. If you prepare to much just to pass the interview, you might actually get hired, but fail to do your job if you are not ready for it. Best way to get ready is to gain experience and work hard for it.
