If she had explained to me that only people who are comfortable filling out forms continuously both online and on paper, while also tasked to deal with the building, the residents, supervise the maintenance workers, and file weekly update reports to be submitted on time without exception, then I might have understood the necessity for me to receive my training up front, and I would have stressed this in the interview.
