1. Ask if any error messages received 2. Check status of account - has it been set up at all? Did it once work but now doesn't? Have they changed anything recently? Have they been able to check their email thru another medium (ie desktop) 3. Check internet connectivity. Go into settings and and try re adding account. 4. Check if pax has correct credentials.
