I spoke about trying to find a way to relate every individual on the team and how I would work with the engineer to establish buy-in on a more collaborative process. The CEO didn't seem to like this answer. I'm pretty sure he wanted me to say I would tell on them and push for their removal which is an answer I didn't have any interest in providing.
