We have to think from the perspective of the user. When someone would be searching for a restaurant he would be looking it in the nearby location and also he would be requiring the guided direction for that location. So by default the app would search for a restaurant in the current locality of the user User would be able to select his locality of interest also. User would be able to filter the search based on his budget, cuisine, family/bar, happy hour etc. To make it more fun user would be able to find random restaurant search in the locality also. The search results would be displayed with a short meta-description and user reviews. A map view of the restaurant location would also be there.
