I feel that a career is not defined by the job you have, but the experience you gain day to day. For me, my career goals are to always continue learning and growing personally and professionally. If you stay stagnant you will not be able to reach any goal you present yourself with. Feeling scared or nervous is temporary and usually shows that you are stepping outside your comfort zone to reach these goals.
