After greeting them I would listen attentively to the customer's mutiple requests. And before I start, I would briefly repeat what the customer requested so that I have confimed that is what they would like. Then as I am doing each transaction I would let them know step by step what Ive done so that they will feel confident with what I am doing. When everything is completed I would ask the customer if there is anything else I could assist them with. If not, I would wish them a good day.
