they are very nice and proessional; first you take the intelligence/skills test, then after like 2 days if you pass you go to the phone interview with a recruiter...the phone interview lasts around 15-20 minutes....they ask you basic questions including why you want to work for citibank, how would you handle a customer with multiple requests, how would you handle a disgruntled customer..., then after 5-10 days if you didwell they set up a one on one interview

Why do you want to work for Citibank as opposed to other banks?
They may ask you something specific from one of your previous jobs. For example I used to work teaching at a school and they asked me what I would do to motivate students. So just be prepared!
Get a phone Interview, ask a couple of things on resume and availability, salary with hr then hiring manager, get the offer. Relatively simple process, move fast. Very friendly hr and hiring manager

Very organized. They explain the process of the interviews pretty well. They also explain the position with lots of details and if you don’t have any experience they are willing to take the train and train you.
