If the complain is minor crew answer it immediately like sugar spoon but if its already a major complaint ask the crew whats the origin of the complain and then talked to guest what happened why is she or he complaining after that talked about the complain while talikng give some compliments so that the guest will calmdown

In handling customer complain first thing to do is to be a good listener, listen to the problem and what is the complain then check the problem based on the statement of the customer then if the problem was being seen or justify come up with a solution, solution that can give good output and satisfaction to the customer lastly apologies and say thank you
