completed two rounds of technical interviews for the SAP HANA Developer role at Howard County. These interviews covered expertise in SAP HANA, ABAP, and Fiori, along with knowledge in S/4 HANA migration. The process focused on technical skills and practical experience in SAP and data-driven solutions.

There were two interviews, the first was close to an hour and the second was a little more than a half hour. They were essentially the same interview but with two different people on the second, and a third interviewer who was on both. They gave me a work product at the end of the second, which would've been nice to know beforehand since you were given an hour to complete it from when it was sent and at no point was I instructed to block off additional time. Work product was very simple, and despite two interviews and producing a work sample, I only found out I wouldn't receive an offer when I saw the position reposted. Wouldn't have accepted an offer, but shows a complete lack of respect for applicants to make a conscious decision to not let them know.
