I came in for 3 separate interviews...1)Recruiter + Manager, 2) Recruiter + Manager + Department, 3) Recruiter + Manager + Associate Director + VP. It was time consuming since I was working and had to take off each time, I wish it was more organized.

Entrevista
I had 2 rounds of panel interviews. Everyone was so professional and courteous, and spoke very highly of HHMI. Interview questions were typically competency-based. The Recruitment team was very communicative throughout the process. Had they extended an offer to me, I absolutely would have accepted. It seems like a wonderful place to work.

The interview process was the norm for today, I interviewed with 6 people. Most questions were behavioral type questions. I received an offer of employment within 2 days, which is not typical.
