Applied online, recruiter reached out to schedule a phone screening. Following the phone screening, a 1:1 interview was scheduled with the hiring manager. Recruiter and hiring manager were very kind and overall was a great interview. Yet, the communication from the recruiter lacked significantly. After 2 months of interviewing, the recruiter did not reach out to either notify that an offer would be extended or follow up on next steps. Over the course of 2 months, I had to continuously ask for updates from the recruiter and would not get responses for weeks.
