First step was a brief 30-min virtual interview with generic questions about experience and interests. Next step was an on-site interview including two traditional "panel style" interviews discussing experience more in detail, as well as lots of questions just about personality and work style. Also included facilities tour. The team seemed great and genuinely interested in finding out if you were a good fit.
