5 rounds in total but it was a complete waste of my time. A month into interviewing and after 4 rounds, they decided to drop the two finalists in the final rounds when they realized they need someone with B2B experience. The assignment provided was purely B2C product in nature - how will you judge me on a B2B strategy if the assignment provided to me was for B2C?? And how is it fair to a candidate ? Did you ask me about my B2B experience ? - No. Then how did you assume that I don't have B2B experience....I feel its good I got dropped out as the leadership seems indecisive.
