Entrevista
First level interview with HR was pretty fast and typical (why you want to join HUAWEI, compensation, notice period). Second interview with hiring manager was more intricate as expected, but with pretty reasonable questions diving into role requirements and checking my digital skills to conclude on fit. Final interview included country manager and senior HR manager.

Entrevista
Recruitment agency to internal Recruiter, which does a great job communicating very kindly and heartfelt. The first interview is on site and with the English speaking manager. I got a second interview with a Marketing team member and after that they will concide and give an offer

If I could do the job. The questions that did not get asked. With all good intentions to find a good fit, it seems that the description of the work beforehand is different then the actual work.
