It was a phone interview. The HR of this company is very professional. I was asked about my previous job experience, and was explained the job responsibilities. The whole process is nice and comfortable, but I don't quite like the work itself though.
Self introduction, professional experience, why choose Huawei, what's your strength, and two department leaders and HR interview together. The whole process lasts about 40 minutes. Overall, I am a friend, but there are too many personal life and family questions.

Called by the HR for an interview . A day and time was scheduled for the interview. I was directed to a conference room were the interview took place. It was an insightful experience because I thought I knew it all about the company but had to learn more from them.
