Was contacted by HR via LinkedIn. Scheduled onsite interview for 2 hours. But interview went from 2 PM to 8.30 PM. This included two technical rounds and two HR rounds. Same day got the confirmation that I have been selected for the position. Was told that within one week would hear back, this was three weeks before. HR is not sure or not ready to share the status of hiring process. Very unprofessional behavior. Two technical rounds were conducted by people having 15+ years of experience. Very knowledgeable guys. In depth questions regarding the projects that I have worked in was asked. This included automation as well.
