very easy. the company is filled with non technical people and they don't know much about outside market. so if you are experienced it would be very very easy to crack the interview.

Structured interview, doesn't drag too long. Consists of 1 phone screening, and 2 interviews. Interviewers are China people so they converse in chinese, have some difficulty understanding chinese terms for professional uses but overall no problem in communications. Might not be friendly for those who don't understand chinese
