I was interviewed by Huawei for the position of Account Manager in July 2021. Till now I have completed a phone call interview and an HR director interview. The overall experience was nice. Now I am waiting for the technical interview which is the final interview.

The interview process was with 2 hiring managers from China. However due to language barrier, you either need to speek fluently or speak slowly for them to understand and catch your keyword. Try to explain more or ask them a lot of question for you to answer back.

depends on the division arrangement, different interview styles but the point is to suit well for both sides. no need to be over nervous/ positive, but be professional is needed.
