HR Interview followed by a technical interview (w/ coding problems) and then a short final technical interview about experience/knowledge. The hiring manager and the technical team were very friendly. The whole process took around 2-3 weeks.

The people doing the technical interviews were competent enough and respectful of my time. However I did have issues with HR Business Partner I was dealing with during the hiring process. I was told they wanted to proceed with me and they wanted to make an offer. Then the HR person went incommunicado for an entire month, did not respond to multiple emails/calls. Then they call me again and send me an offer letter with the wrong pay and start date. It took a few weeks to send me the updated letter by which time I had decided not to proceed with the company. I found their hiring and on boarding process disrespectful of the candidates time. If they want to hire anyone at all in the Waterloo region they have to operate better than this.
