The interview process was good, very informal and friendly, no tech test, which is a bit odd, but who wants that? I had huge respect for the company and the reviewer. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed when I got ghosted in the end with no feedback whatsoever, which shows a lack of professionalism and manners tbh.
