Process is rather structured as well as standardized. For the most part this went well although they often try to note down your thoughts exactly and some things get lost in translation. The process is rather long, there are many interviews and it can feel a bit much at times. They clearly care about well rounded feedback and to come across as fair. The effect seems to be it's better to impress everyone a little than to really impress a few senior folks. Don't try anything fancy and just do the basics.
