Had two interviews, one phone and one video. They sent over resources to prep for the second interview with a sales manager, although it was not very helpful. No feedback at all or rationale as to why there was no offer, which is frustrating in itself

What makes hubspot different than their competitors? It was pretty straightforward in the interview process, but no real feedback or reasoning as to why there was no offer despite feeling good about both of the interviews.

The two managers you get can make or break you getting in as some are tougher than others.

Entrevista
Super friendly people. Direct and they genuinely believe in adding strong people to their team. I had 2 rounds after which I was rejected.
It’s definitely a nice company to be at. They also encourage to keep trying.
