Very disappointing.
After spending some time preparing answers to their initial screening questions, a man emailed and offered me an interview with HR. I was told to do a bunch of reading, training and a certification on their site to prepare myself for the interview, which I did.
I was given a half hour time slot to interview. I was well prepared.
The lady called 10 mins late and wasn’t very courteous. She pushed straight through a bunch of questions typing hastily as I spoke and hardly responding. After a number of questions she went quiet and didn’t say anything for 30 seconds or so as if she was distracted and so I asked if she had any further questions and she said “Oh, sorry, no, I forgot to ask you if you had any questions for me?” I asked a few questions and she concluded by telling me they’d get back to me by the next Tuesday at the latest, it was Friday.
The next Wednesday came around and I hadn’t heard from anyone, so I emailed asking for an update. The lady emailed a few days later with one of those impersonal pre-written emails saying I was unsuccessful. I then wrote back saying I totally understood and was OK with their decision, and asked if they could provide any feedback for me, as they’d said they would - she never responded.
Writing this I’m starting to wonder whether this whole experience was between me and two HR chat bots in their infancy...?
HS, please update your bots, or train your humans, to give candidates the time and respect they deserve.

Fair interview timeframe but once you move up in the interviewing process you’re given a project which you are to present at the final round. You are basically given a scenario much like one you’d have if you were in the role. Your job is to be creative but efficient in your problem solving skills.

Entrevista
After applying online I was contacted by HS's internal recruiter for Sydney. We arranged a time to call. After 20 minutes of questions about my experience we discussed salary expectations. We were way off, not in the same ball park and I was impressed that the recruiter called it there & then, showing great Transparancy, a key HS trait.

Entrevista
I had an initial phone screen and then met with the hiring manager. Both went well. I was asked the standard questions for an initial interview — mainly checking for mutual fit, previous work experience review etc. unfortunately, this was 2020 and the hiring process froze right there and I never heard back.
