I am not surprised Hubspot has so many great reviews on Glassdoor. My experience interviewing with them was fantastic since day 1. The all HR team (Yuan, Christiaan and Devon) has been very helpful and supportive throughout the all process, giving me great advices and materials to prepar on and following up quite quickly after every round. I initially applied for Customer Success Manager in Singapore but they told me the position was not yet open so they decided to consider me for Channel Consultant, which I accepted as the role is quite interesting. The interview process was: 1. Phone interview with HR: initial screening on your motivations and career goals 2. Phone interview with hiring manager: mostly behaviourial questions on previous experience 3. Role play on the phone 4. Onsite interview: it was 2.5 hours with 5 different people. Again, mostly behavioural questions, motivations, career goals, STAR-type kind of questions on previous experience. I had also a case study to prepare and present. I didn't find the interviews particularly difficult, but I believe preparing on Hubspot culture code and values and getting the Inbound and Inbound Marketing certifications was key. Also, the more I was reading about Hubspot, the more I was getting excited about the company. Just be yourself and be passionate! All the interviews were very conversational (which helped me to relax a lot!) and all the interviewers were extremely friendly and nice. Hubspot cares a lot about culture and they want to make 100% sure you are a good fit. I loved the fact that they gave me very constructive feedback after every interview. Feedback is very important for Hubspot, so be open to receive it! I am so excited about this opportunity!

Fair interview timeframe but once you move up in the interviewing process you’re given a project which you are to present at the final round. You are basically given a scenario much like one you’d have if you were in the role. Your job is to be creative but efficient in your problem solving skills.
