My interview was very thorough. I had a recruiter phone call where she immediately put me through to the next round and asked that I complete an exercise which I had to turn around in about 48 hours. After the exercise, I had a manager phone call to discuss my project and then was brought in for an in person interview with the hiring team. It was a weeks long process and I had to wait a few days to hear from the team after my in person interview. It was a challenging interview process but made me a way better interviewer in such a short amount of time - I'm grateful for the experience!
