It is very similar to that mentioned in the other reviews. I applied for Spring Coop sometime in Aug 1st week and got the first round link on Aug 20 The first round was an online exam where I had to get some data from an API, process it and post it back to an API. Next round was a phone call with the recruiter which was behavioral. She asked me generic questions like what did I work on, What am I interested in, If I knew about the HubSpot principles, If I had worked on open source development etc etc I was informed that the final rounds would be conducted in Oct last week. I got a mail on Oct 15 that I am moving forward to the final interview. I had my 2hours virtual interview on Oct 22, The first interview was on system design and second was on Data structures and algorithms The system design interview was extremely interesting and it felt more like a discussion rather than an interview. Finally, I got the offer letter after 2 weeks!!! Overall the interview process was very smooth although it took a very long time. My recruiter Bridget was very responsive and helpful at every step which made the process even more easier.

Behavioral screening with the recruiter, then a 2 round technical interview. 1 leetcode easy question and 1 design question. Small behavioral questions at the end of each technical portion. One final call with the recruiter ~1 day after the technical interview for feedback and final questions
