      Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela HubSpot (Berlim) em nov. de 2018

      Entrevista

      The recruiter was very nice and friendly. I initially applied for a lower sales position and after a chat of about 40 minutes, he said I'd be better suited for the Account Executive role and set up a Skype interview with a Team Leader. Unfortunately, the Team Leader showed absolutely no interest in engaging in a conversation. He only asked me if I ever visited Berlin before and then told me to walk him through my resume. He didn't ask any questions, he didn't go into any details into my sales experience. At the end, he told me if i have any questions, to message him via LinkedIn. It was a very weird experience especially as the recruiter engaged into a pretty long conversation with details about my sales targets and so on and I was expecting at least the same from a Team Leader. It seemed in a very obvious way that he had no interest in my profile or in what I was saying and that the interview was just another routine for him. Didn't progress further with my application and I'm glad for that as I wouldn't want to work under such a disengaged Team Leader.

      Hi there, thanks for taking the time to write a review and for sharing your experience - this one is a tough one to read and I'm so sorry that while you had a great initial interaction with your recruiter, you had such a negative experience with your interviewer. I'll absolutely ensure we have a conversation with that team, so thank you for the candid feedback - we still have a lot of newer interviewers, especially on our Berlin team (which is a newer office), so this feedback is welcome and so necessary to ensure we're training interviewers on the right things and pushing ourselves to get better.       Very thorough and transparent interview process. Make sure you come well-prepared and can confidently speak to your ability to consistently execute 50+ outbound calls per day. I would also recommend highlighting a structured sales system you’ve successfully used and be prepared to walk through it in detail—from territory mapping and prospect research to outbound outreach, meeting generation, pipeline management, and follow-up cadence. The more you can demonstrate a repeatable, process-driven approach to generating results, the stronger your candidacy will be. Additionally, have specific metrics and success stories ready that showcase how your system has translated into meetings, opportunities, and revenue.
