The whole interview process took roughly 6 weeks. It consisted of a 30 minute phone interview with my recruiter, followed by a Spanish language assessment (30 minutes too). Then a 30 minute manager phone interview. Following that I went in for an in person interview which consisted of another 30 minute behavioral question interview (Questions like "What do you know about HubSpot? Did you learn anything surprising? What was a time that you took a risk? Can you explain a time that you encountered good customer service?") And finally, a presentation that I had to give using the HubSpot platform, completing tasks that I was assigned before the interview and explaining it as if I was explaining it to a customer. The HubSpot recruiters and interviewers were lovely and very accommodating all along the way, they really embody their "HEART" principles while searching for someone who does the same. It was a very positive experience for me and although there were a lot of stages, it was wonderful practice for interviewing in general, I feel like I picked up some new skills along the way.
