The process was pretty straight forward. One call from the HR agent, after that interview via Zoom with the person who was going to be my manager for the role and then 4 video conferene interviews after that. The entire process took 3 weeks!

It was a structured interview with introduction, experience and scenario questions.
Unfortunately the manager was terrible. She looked and sounded like she didn’t want to be there. After the interview I got feedback (which is in general nice), however the feedback I got did not match at all with the interview/answers given during the interview. Either the hiring manager did pay zero attention or I got mixed up with another candidate. Both is pretty frustrating and makes the company look like an unprofessional place to work and I probably dodged a bullet.

After the submission of my application, I received an email confirmation. The process has been streamlined. The first round of the interview was a video interview where they will prompt the questions on the screen and you are given a time limit to complete it.
