As the number of people applying to HubSpot has grown, the video interview has been a great way to get to know candidates at scale beyond their resume. We've recognized over the years that it can be uncomfortable, so have provided a number of resources to help candidates prepare and put their nerves at ease before doing the video interview. While a candidate should feel empowered to reach out to their recruiter at any time if there's an issue, we can do a better job of being explicit for folks who may need special accommodations, so I'm working with our Recruiting Operations team to ensure that this language is part of all of our communications to candidates who are asked to complete the video interview.
