There were three levels, phase 1 was a screening interview by HR, second phase was a manager in the relevant department, the third involved talking with 5 team members in separate zoom calls (2020 new reality) over a number of days. HR guided me through each step and outlined what to expect. Everyone was friendly, kind and despite not securing the role I got valid feedback that will help in my future.
