They are asking behavior questions and want you to use the Star method throughout. I felt the interviews went well but only received an automatic email stating they were not moving forward. When I asked for helpful guidance or in-depth answer for the rationale of not moving forward to the next stage, I was blanked over email. If an applicant makes effort to learn about the role, products and takes time off work, I would recommend giving them feedback as you state on your website - Feedback helps us grow.
