I spoke to a recruiter based out of Ireland, even though i'm on the east coast in the U.S. He was very professional, pleasant, and responsive. I was given a take home exam to take some data, manipulate this data, then post it correctly to an endpoint. There is a time limit for this. I'd suggest getting mundane set up things you might need out of the way before you begin the assignment. I then had an in-person interview that was about 5 hours long, consisting of a basic coding question with some follow ups, a system design question, culture and fit questions, and an enjoyable question on database design.
