The interviewing process was a joy and very well structured and organized. Every step along the way my recruiter let me know exactly what would be required from me, what I could expect, and what the next steps what look like. I really appreciated that clarity. First I had a 30-minute interview with a sympathetic recruiter, followed by a 3-hour code screening test. Three hours just to get to the next interviewing step might sound time-consuming, but the task is pretty manageable and gets fairly close to what you'd expect a "regular" task at your job to look like. After that, I had 4 1-hour long sessions with different members of the team in Dublin. They were all super friendly, made me feel welcome, and the conversations we had were very enjoyable. In 3 of these sessions, you'll have to share your screen and solve a small task to prove your skills, as well as answer some questions, all focused on personal growth, personality, and behavior. At the end of each session, you'll also have some time to ask questions yourself. I had all of the 4 sessions en-bloc on the same day, and while that was a little bit exhausting, I was super happy once I was done. I'd love to come up with some criticism, but it's just so hard to find any negative points about the process. Thank you for making it so enjoyable!
