Felt the process was a waste of time. I got probed more on my existing company's processes then on my actual skill set and career goals so was clearly a chance to do research on how a company should structure their IT processes/procedures.

Very thorough process to ensure a fit for both team and prospective interviewee. Each interviewer asked questions tailored to how their role will interact with the position. The recruiter was very transparent and helpful in preparation.
