Disappointing Compensation *Well Below* industry especially if HubSpot plans to attract top sales talent. Equity grants should be 200K+ over 4-years minimum! Not the place to be yet for top sales performers but rather a good fit for anyone looking to break into the software/technology sales market.

They have a Mock exploration call for their interview. I dont feel like that is the best way to gauge if someone will be successful in the role. But thats how they do operate.
