The interview process was exactly the same as everyone else is saying on Glassdoor, but that's the precise issue with this company. They're not bothering to update their interview questions over the past 5 years and instead almost expecting you to have read these reviews, and then memorized the solutions to their problems. Effectively only scoring you on your ability to memorize instead of your ability to design systems and code in a real life scenario. I made it all the way to the final round (2 system design, one coding interview) and was rejected due to "debugging and edge cases" on my coding interview. The recruiter even told me that I scored highest on their system design interviews but just my debugging was a concern for them. This feels like such cop out feedback because how can someone really showcase debugging in a leetcode interview. Where I basically knew what question I was getting and trying not to make it too obvious that I had already prepared this question. After reading more reviews about HubSpot though and their recent changes to benefits, it feels like I dodged a bullet here. The company seems to be going down the gutter and their interview process is giving us a hint at that. I have to echo what everyone else in these reviews have been saying, they're expecting perfection in all your interviews, which just doesn't make much sense for hiring good talent. My biggest advice would be to study all the questions you see listed here and most importantly don't get your hopes up. Even if you feel like you gave the best interview you could, you're not likely to get the job unless you didn't make a single mistake.
