Front end interview. Unbelievable, shocking treatment. Passed the interview, entered team matching for 9 months before being told there's no job for me. THEY messaged ME a year later to re-do part of the interview. Was told I passed and performed better than last time. Rejected during the debrief. Never seen or heard of a candidate experience like this at my company or any other company. Absolutely unbelievable

The process was well structured, but I found the technical part challenging because it required both problem-solving and clear communication under time pressure. The interviewers were professional, and the questions were relevant to the role. Although I did not receive an offer, the experience was still valuable and helped me understand the company’s expectations better.
