Entrevista
I went through a multi-step interview process that included several initial calls with the recruiter to discuss the role and assess fit, followed by a more in-depth conversation with the hiring manager and a potential future colleague. After that, I participated in a final round consisting of four back-to-back interviews with different managers from various departments, each focusing on specific aspects of the role and how I would contribute to the team.

Motivation questions were asked quite a lot, and what HubSpot is
phone call, 45 mins with a manager or higher up. he did not seem interested in talking to me and it felt like an obligation and a bore. he did not state his title or how long he had been with the company.

Straightforward interview process. Initial screening call with HR. Then I Met with multiple different people that were managers of the position I was going for. HR team was super responsive and professional while setting up interviews.
