Thanks for the feedback--I think the design of the online video experience is to force clear and concise communications, which is core to how we operate at HubSpot day to day--getting a sense for how someone can share their story will often help mirror how they would behave on the phone with a customer or prospect for example, but I get that it can be stressful nonetheless.
