Interview was 45 minutes and consisted of 3 clinic-based questions. Interviewer was friendly and answered all questions! Interview began with a "tell me about yourself" question and ended with space to ask questions. Interviewer explained position in great detail.
I applied for a contract sourcer role and was surprised to be interviewed by the Chief Marketing Officer—an odd choice given they typically aren’t involved in talent acquisition. The interview was disjointed, and I was frequently cut off mid-answer, which made it difficult to communicate effectively. The base pay offered was very low for the expectations set, and when I asked specific questions about the role, they weren’t able to provide clear answers.
After my experience, I looked into other reviews and noticed consistent concerns about low compensation and poor leadership. The fact that the company has had four CEOs in five years speaks volumes about its internal stability. I’d recommend anyone considering a role here to do thorough research before moving forward.

I recently went through a rigorous interview process with Dot Com Therapy, only to be utterly disappointed by their offer. Despite investing considerable time and effort into multiple rounds of interviews and a case study, I was shocked to receive an offer with a laughably low salary.
Let's talk about the process first. I don't mind putting in the effort—I'm all for showcasing my skills and knowledge in clinical questions. However, the sheer amount of hoops I had to jump through was mind-boggling. Multiple rounds of interviews and a demanding case study seemed excessive, especially considering the outcome.
The salary they offered was nothing short of insulting. I understand that negotiation is part of the process, but this offer wasn't even in the same ballpark as what I would consider reasonable. It's frustrating to think that a company would undervalue the contributions of SLPs to such an extent.
