I had multiple interviews - 3 step process. The first interview was over the phone. The second interview was in person 1 on 1. The third interview was a panel where I was asked two questions then I was to ask the interviewers the next, they then linked me to a google doc and had my answer questions on a laptop while they watched as I was typing via there computers.

3 stage interview. First is phone call with HR person. Second is in-person interview with squad leaders, and the last one is in-person panel interview with head of recruitment. A lot of overlapping questions and quite repetitive. Mainly gauging cultural fit.
