Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Hudl (Lincoln, NE) em mar. de 2023
Entrevista
First round is ~30 minute phone call with recruiter. Mostly a cultural check. This is somewhat relevant because Hudl does have a rather uniquely fun and positive culture. Will ask about some of your background / resume. Seemed keen on finding out how passionate you are about software engineering and how you pursue that in your life. Second stage is coding test. This is a roughly leetcode medium tier question. Pretty straightforward. It is graded. If you do well, you advance to third stage which is a Zoom interview with usually a Senior+ level engineer and an engineering manager. You go over your code from the prior test and walk through it. Then they cover a series of questions and want to hear about resume / experience.

Can't quite recall. But don't worry about the questions, if you're competent and have some relevant quality experience you're fine.
Candidatei-me de outra forma. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Hudl.

The recruiter manager has been wonderful, and would make a real effort to make you aware of what’s coming in the next interview(s). After the usual stages, the last step is a cultural interview with a panel of 4 people. This was single handedly the worst interview I’ve ever taken part in - all the interviewers were like bots reading their questions, I would reply, and they would say thank you and go to the next person to read the question like a bot seeing the question for the first time. I hope they were using this as interview training and this isn’t the standard interview experience for hudl. It’s a shame as the company was quite interesting
Several phases, engineering manager, technical interview, panel meeting with four people from different teams. Here you will be grilled on behavioral questions mostly, how you work together with other teams etc.

How do you work together with other teams? How do you deal with conflict that might arise between people on different teams?
it was good and smooth. Everything started slowly but I had a good experience with them. I was nervous like everyone but I answered consistently and cracked the interview. Good luck to everyone else
