Entrevista
Did a phone interview followed by submitting a project. The project was very vague in nature which I presume was to give the potential candidate the ability to show what they can do. Part of me was frustrated that i put time into the project only to be rejected. BUT- A bigger part of me is thankful. IF you submit the best work you can do and they reject you, it probably means you arent' cut out to work for them anyways. That is to say I'm glad I was told my work wasn't good enough now, rather than after i'd relocated to Nebraska!
The only downside is I had to chase them up a bit after I submitted my Project to get my result. but i honestly thing its because my recruiter was on vacation. In the end I got word back a week after submission

I was given a phone interview, followed by a task to complete to review my skills, and then it finished with a final in person interview with multiple people from the department I applied for.
