I was contacted within a few days and was asked for an interview at their store. The manager asked me only a few questions, like why I wanted to work there and more about myself. Additionally, they asked for my availability and department preference within the store.

Submit application online, got a call to come in for an interview. Questions like why you want to hear/ goals etc. Asked for your availability plus experience. A week later got hired.
